Returns

You can raise a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product on our whats app/Calling no.-8595165256 & Email: info@shrijimart.com with your order ID & reason for the exchange/return/cancellation.

Shrijimart will accept returns on any purchases within 3 days of the delivered product for money back or exchange. No questions asked!

​

The return product(S) should be in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in the poor condition/bad packing/torn/broken/mutilated/wet or in the clearly worn condition, a refund will not be processed.

In the case of damage or defect product, we need the opening video of the product. (Opening video is compulsory-Whats app--8595165256).

The returns in the genuine reasons, we will accept it, after accepting the returns; we will arrange the reverse pick up from your address through our courier partner. Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the courier service in your area pin code., If the courier service for reverse pick up is not available in your area pin code, or courier company unable to pick up the product from your address, then you will have to send back the product to our company address.

The shipping charges for the reverse pick up will be charged as minimum of Rs.100/- for the 500gm parcel.

​

The shipping charges may vary according to the weight or the dimension (Length*width*Height) of the parcel.

​

When we receive the parcel, we will check the return product; this process may take approx 7-10 days.

​

If we sent a correct product and size but you have any issue in the size/color/design or anything, then you should raise exchange request. But in this case you will have to pay the reverse pick up shipping charges, minimum of Rs.100/- up to the parcel of 500gm, courier charges may vary according to the weight and dimension of the parcel.

Return or exchange is not allowed for below:

​

1. Laddu Gopal Furniture(Like Jhoola/Singhasan/wooden bansuri etc.)

2. Jewellery accessories.

3. Hawan Samagri.

4. Marble God Idols.

5. The products which have price below Rs.300/-

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

​

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• If customer simply does not like the product and willingly return back it, the service charge of 10% will be applied to the returns & courier charges will also be applied in this case which are not refundable.

Refund

Kindly allow us minimum 7 days to process your refund on the return product and amount to be shown in your bank account.

Refund/Bank Transfer are only applicable on prepaid orders for which payment made online on our website.

​

Payment made through COD option, you will receive a coupon code, worth the same as your order value, which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the coupon code.

​

Shipping/Courier/COD charges are non-refundable.

​

Once a product is exchanged and delivered …further no exchange or return will be applicable for the same order.
